457 Work Visa for Employers

Australian Work Visas are for employers who would like to sponsor an overseas employee for a visa to work in Australia for between 3 months and 4 years There are 3 stages in this visa process.

 

Stage 1 - Employer Applies to be a Sponsor

The eligible Australian Employers can obtain the approval as a business sponsor. The Employer must required details of their business and demonstrates the benefit of employing an overseas employee, and their commitment to train Australian residents.

 

Stage 2 - Employer Nominates a Position

The employer must nominate the position to be filled.

 

Stage 3 - Employee Applies for a Visa

The employee must apply for a visa to be allowed to work in Australia.
